Flux AI Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Flux AI image generator service at https://flux1ai.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Flux AI provides an image generation service that converts text input into visual outputs. By using our service, you acknowledge that each use incurs costs on our end, including but not limited to computational resources and model training.


3. User Accounts and Subscriptions

To use the Service, you may be required to create an account and subscribe to a plan. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Subscription management, including cancellation, can be done through the Stripe customer portal accessible from your account dashboard.

4.Fees and Refunds

    a) Fees are charged as per the plan you subscribe to and are based on your usage of the Service.
    b) Fees are non-refundable once the Service has been used, as costs are incurred on our end for each use.
    c) You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but this will not result in a refund for past usage.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:
a) Violate any laws or regulations
b) Infringe upon the rights of others
c) Generate or distribute inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
d) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Flux AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you generate using the Service. However, by using the Service, you grant Flux AI a license to use, modify, and display the content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.

9. Limitation of Liability

Flux AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our Service will be resolved through the dispute resolution process provided by our payment processor, Stripe. Both parties agree to cooperate fully with this process.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. International Use

While our Service is based in Australia and governed by Australian law, we strive to comply with applicable laws in the jurisdictions of our users. However, you are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with local laws.
